Shipping and Returns
We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days of receiving cleared payments. This excludes any items coming from abroad due to suppliers having different processing times.

UK Delivery: £2.99 on all orders as a flat rate. These will be posted via Royal Mail. Orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri being shipped the same day.
International Shipping: There is a flat rate for all international orders of £4.99. Delivery time will depend on the location and item ordered. Please note some items will not be able to be shipped abroad due to customs and taxes.
Bicycles: Due to taxes and costs we are currently unable to ship our bikes internationally. For UK Mainland we use ParcelForce as our courier and charge £25 for Parcelforce 48 Hours Tracked and £30 for Parcelforce 24 Tracked.
Services: Due to our limits we can only offer our services in the locations where we have mechanics. For our current range please visit the Book Now button at the top of the page and enter your post code/ zip code.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail, Royal Mail International, or ParcelForce.
All UK orders should reach customers within 36 hours of dispatch. (Excludes items coming from abroad)
Typical International orders :
Mainland Europe = 5 – 7 working days
Scandinavia = 7 – 10 working days
North America = 10 – 15 working days (can vary)
Australia = 10 – 17 working days (can vary)
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We’re confident that you won’t want to return our products, but if you do, please drop us an email at email@example.com to explain what you would like to return.
We are happy to offer a full refund on any products as long as we receive the item(s) back within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
Please note we cannot offer exchanges. To change a size, please return the original item, where a full refund will be processed, and reorder the correct size.
We will ask that you return the item to us, to reach us in perfect condition, and once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund. Please note that the customer is liable for the returns shipping charges.
